Items that have not been customized(custom cut, custom sizes, personalized) have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. 

Please contact us.  If we can resell the item, we may receive your return.

Items must be returned, in original condition at purchaser's expense for refund, minus original shipping cost.

Personalized & Customized Orders go through proofing process, therefore, are not eligible for return or refund.
