Soft round edges on this buckle were designed for those with full figures, those who do lots of bending, and some of our clients who said they would feel most comfortable without a square edged buckle.
Although we have been selling these for upwards of 20+ years, there is a resurgence for comfort and durability. We are in the process of photographing all the beautiful hand-forged styles in this half-round buckle series.

Buckle designed, hand forged & signed by Canadian Artist, Robert Aucoin.
Fits 1-1/2" belt.
Each buckle is an original created at his studio on the north shore of Loughborough Lake just outside of Kingston ON.
Each buckle includes either a velvet black or beige burlap gift bag.
Buckle is paired with a 1-1/2" leather belt. Your colour choice- one of five colors.
Ultra slimline design-won't add bulk to your waistline.
Excellent for jeans, workwear & chinos.
Solid stainless steel heat treated to bronze. Silver also available to order.

Our belts are 8-9oz leather. If you are using your own belt and it is thicker than that, please contact us. We may need to make a custom buckle with the hardware/bar a bit higher. This will usually be the case if you are using hides that are unusually thick, or belts that are steel reinforced.
